Jennifer Reese Szczesniak
Principal
Since joining PWWG in 2015, Jennifer has led transformative work across all our markets—from adaptive reuse and cultural spaces to higher education and multifamily housing. Her early leadership on the Roxian Theatre set the tone for a thoughtful, community-focused approach that resonates throughout her work today. Honed from a decade of work on the West Coast, she infuses a unique design perspective and sustainable approach to all projects, leaning into intentional materiality and detailing to maintain each project’s authentic voice. Jennifer is recognized by PWWG’s clients as a creative and trusted collaborator, and for her clear and engaging communication, strong leadership, and critical thinking when complexities arise. As a WELL Accredited Professional, she brings a strong passion for integrating design, culture, and environmental responsibility. Jennifer also plays a key role in shaping PWWG’s internal culture through mentorship and firm-wide creative initiatives.
